The Advertising Fraud Support Centre is the national support centre for every organisation that has been duped or misled by dubious companies in the field of:

• Advertising contracts
• Listings on websites
• Listings in internet directories
• Phantom invoices (offers resembling invoices, usually accompanied by a giro collection form, with customer, invoice and VAT registration numbers)

If you have been at least grossly misled or if you feel that you are being harassed by one or more advertising agencies, publishers, administrators of internet sites or senders of phantom invoices, then you can contact us. The Advertising Fraud Support Centre provides legal advice and assistance in this field if desired. Furthermore, where possible (with the client’s consent) we report such cases of misconduct to the appropriate investigative and prosecution authorities.
